Returns Policy of VTC Store

2. Digital downloads/hits packages are non refundable! However, if you are not happy with the results of advertising, contact us, and we will try to find a better solution.

4. If your site is about sales, please understand that we can't guarantee any, we only deliver traffic to your site.
5. VTC Store will not accept rotators, shortened links, redirection links, frame breakers, any cheating, fishing, etc is forbidden…
6. Banners - If we are unable to provide you with the service, we guarantee full money refund.
7. Delivery time for physical products is stated in the description field of product.
8. Customer can return the product within 15 days from the delivery date, provided that it is undamaged. However, the client will be charged for the shipping.
