Since a clay pot leads to such rave reviews about it, You should to head to your local Chinatown to pick up a clay pot of our own. It is not mandatory, but it would make the dish really fun.
Soak Glass Noodles in Warm water until soft, about 10 minutes. Drain.
Add the Contents of this packet to the noodles and mix well.
In your new clay pot, or a medium sauce pan, layer the bottom of the pot with Pork Fat (you can substitute bacon).
Then add the glass noodles mixed with this packet.
Now add the shrimp on top, cover.
Place on stove top low heat for 15 to 20 minutes
Serve.
You can substitute crab for the shrimp if you like.
