Items won at Astro Auction are not eligible for return, unless the item is defective. For defective items, you must notify our customer service department within 10 days of receiving shipment. The item must be otherwise undamaged and returned in its original packaging. You must also include, with your return, your full name, address, order number, and the defective nature of the item. Provided the product is received in satisfactory condition, you will be issued a refund payment equal to the amount paid.
